Tenancy Administration Fees

The quoted rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances and the property you select, the letting agent may also apply one or more of the following upfront fees:

Administration Fees for Tenants

  • Tenancy Agreement Fee: £240 including VAT (£120 including VAT for tenancy renewal)
  • Inventory Fee: depending on size of property from £180 including VAT (Landlord pays the check in fee; the Tenant pays the checkout fee)
  • Referencing Fee: £42 including VAT per tenant
  • Company Let Referencing: from £60 including VAT

Administration Fees for Landlords

  • Tenancy Agreement Fee: £240 including VAT (£120 including VAT for renewal fees)
  • Inventory Fee: dependent of size of property - starting from £180 including VAT. (Landlord pays check in fee)
  • The charge for the TDS (Tenancy deposit scheme) is £108 inclusive of VAT.

Commission Fees For Landlords

  • 10 % plus VAT (12% including VAT) of the total rent payable for letting and rent collection (NB fees are taken on a pro rata basis as and when the rent is paid not upfront)
  • 16% plus VAT (19.2% including VAT) of the total rent payable for letting and property management
  • Short let fees by separate arrangement
